• Payment can be made through credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Tabby, Tamara, or Cash on Delivery (COD) (where available).

• Orders placed through fraudulent payment methods will be cancelled immediately.

• We deliver across the UAE using trusted courier partners.

• Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days within UAE (may vary during sales or holidays).

• Once an order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or customs.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened, and sealed products within 7 days of delivery.

• Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

• Refunds (where applicable) will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
