At k beauty UAE , your satisfaction, health, and safety are our top priority. Due to hygiene and safety concerns for skincare and cosmetic products, we maintain strict guidelines for returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

• The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.

• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

Note: Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Products purchased on sale, clearance, or special promotions

• Opened or used skincare or cosmetic items

• Returns requested due to change of mind, dislike of scent, texture, or color

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days:

Provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos or videos showing the issue

After verification, we will offer:

• A replacement product, or

• A store credit of equal value

In rare cases, a full refund may be issued if replacement is not possible. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.

4. Important Notes

• Products must be returned in original packaging, including all accessories and freebies (if any).

• Shipping fees for approved returns are covered by K-Beauty UAE only if the error is ours (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

• For Cash-on-Delivery orders, approved refunds are issued as store credit, unless stated otherwise.
